They ended up dropping down my possession with intent to distribute to simple possession and changed a felony narcotics equipment down to possession of paraphernalia and withheld adjudication on everything. 3 years probation for POCS concurrent with 11.29 for POP (I will probably violate).
I also got a new charge (POCS) in a different county while I was out on bond for the first charge. Served 100 days over there and got all time served and they withheld adjudication on that one too.
I got arrested at work, it was quite a shitshow. I got lucky with them withholding adjudication, but 3 years papers is a long time. It will be the longest I've been clean since I was 15, and I turn 30 next month.
