I'm weaning off my Lexapro now (will only take a few days) and am going to stop my Seroquel XR as well. Tonight is my first night without it and even though it doesn't really put me to sleep I've taken 100 mg of doxylamine succinate tonight and 10 mg melatonin and I barely feel tired. About to eat 100 mg of diphenhydramine too. -

Honestly breathing exercises and faggotty asmr videos put me to sleep 100x faster than any OTC sleep med does.
After heavy opioids, its like that shit just doesnt do anyuthing anymore. -

Cymbalta made me more suicidal than I've ever been in the last 14 years. The Dr. called it something else sneakily and I got angry at him and insinuated he was trying to kill me.

I wouldn't recommend anyone take seroquel but I know it's hard to come off. It's crazy how often they give it out considering how terrible and dangerous it can be. My ex gf was 105 lbs on taco tuesday and was presribed several 200's a day along with effexor. I got her off all those but then when I went to jail she went off on crack lol -
