I wonder what they think of us. Generation after generation of xenophobia. Not a single one has escaped afaik. They must be TERRIFIED of us. Imagine how small they believe the world must be. Like they're the only sane humans left, and we are all literal demons. -

I'm sure that after capturing, boiling and then eating us for centuries they have some clue as to what we are. I mean, they'd check out the watches, eyeglasses, wallets, credit cards, hearing aids, cell phones in the bottom of the pot after they're done and be all like, wow, these are really cool. -

All the people also had agreed to the arrangement, in order to save the planet itself from physical ruin. There was a long lineup that moved up periodically, and there were whole families going into the disintegrators together. Everyone got to say their goodbyes before stepping in.
