   Guy I used to work with got himself a Honda crotch rocket..He side swiped a mailbox, and it opened him up like a wishbone.. Luckily they air lifted him (Lifestar), and were able to save him.. I had a hot Yamaha 400 back in the day, and looking back, it's a wonder I got out with just a little road rash here and there.. It's a dangerous game, but sure was fun..

   I got hit by a drunk driver in 2009 on my motorcycle
   
   A cpl broke ribs,cracked ankle,busted lip.
   
   I remember waking up in the road and not being able to breathe. Blood poring out of my mouth. I thought i’d punctured a lung and was going to die.
   
   I remember crawling for the side walk,because I didn’t wanna die in the road. Weird.

   i had a bike hit my car once so fast it rolled the car 3 times. the guy on the bike and his gf were thrown near on 100 yards but landed on a grass verge, so were lucky. i remember reading broken collar bones, arms and legs in the report after. when i first crawled out that car i thought i'd killed somebody for sure.

   Injured ribs are some of the worst pain you can have, and it seems to last forever..

    true, but i'm talking about my very first thoughts as i was climbing out the wreckage. as it happens it was put down as my fault in the end despite it being anything but in reality. that's what happens when you don't have car insurance tho.
