Meh, I didn't go out and make a tit of myself or have anything to cringe about so that'll save me some anxiety. All my bills are paid for the month, food in cupboards. Got to keeo going, sometimes you fall down but as long as you get back up and still make some progress regardless of set backs, that's all that matters.

just remember a lapse doesn't have to be a relapse, everyone has lapses here and there. in fact learning the ability to identify a lapse when it happens, and then keeping it to just a lapse and getting 'back on the horse', rather than getting all fucky about it and giving up, which then turns it into a relapse, is one of the best coping strategies you can learn.
