   I don't ascribe to the notion of male necessitating masculinity. I'm not very masculine nor am I femenine, but everybody has qualities of both. Whatever percent each person has of each is best for them.
   
   Women's desicion making involves more of the emotional centers of the brain than men's, but I'd personally say that they're probably more emotionally articulate on average, but not necessarily more complex.

   I like to think that it's because I use both hemispheres of my brain while most only use one or the other, a theory supported by the fact that I do not have a dominant hand. I am almost totally ambidextrous, the only thing I can't do with my left hand is write. Still probably wishful thinking though
