Yee, i consider myself lucky i get the instant release little 5mg tabs. They're nice and small, don't have any sort binding to have the pill be slow release. I just crush 'em up with some oxy and rail it like that. Methylphenidate has a fine line between being enjoyable and being way too fucking jittery inducing. Generally i take a k-pin to take the edge off if i inadvertently end up sniffing too much ritalin.
10mg/50mg ritalin/oxy is perfect. If i am just taking oxy, i usually just rail around 80mg. 10mg/50mg of the combination hits the spot in such a way that i feel great, but aren't nodding off and i'm able to be productive.
damn nigga, how often do you take opis? 30mg oxy gets my head on my keyboard. -

That sounds almost identical to what I was doing for roughly 9 months last year but replace fent with heroin. -

Yeah, that's what got me in trouble. I took speed to clean out my room, and then a 6 strip and mdma sounded like a good idea, and then the hespoital sounded like a good idea.
Honestly, the only reason I called 911 was because after experiencing infinite pleasure for a while, then I was experiencing excruciating pain once a migraine hit and my nerve pain flared up. It wasn't scarring per se, but pretty close. And dehydration scared me. -
