Aye yo, I saw my man the other day he say he need a handout
Said he had some live and some boy but it ran out
His partner had a number, but connections didn't pan out
And every other road he dialed was looking like the same route
Told him he could blame it on the cocaine drought
Since the boys got arraigned and all the names came out
Now I don't know nobody dealing, sitting on the steps
By the library building, busted him a short
Then I asked about his children, told me he ain't seen 'em
Since they momma tried to kill him, laughed and told the homie
"I forgot about that shit, she caught you in the crib
Rollin' off in a fat bitch, tried to pull the heater
But you hid under the mattress and jumped out the window
Butt naked, it was classic" I paused
Cuz my homie wasn't laughing with me
So I tried to switch the topic up casually
He exhaled smoke and threw his hat in the street
Said, "Playa, I don't understand what happened to me
Remember how I used to live extravagantly
White Jays, scuff free, with immaculate steez
Stacked Gs, cop keys like they was practically free
Now I'm scrambling these streets in this raggedy tee" -

I don't like to drink, honestly. Sure, I went through my teen drinking phase, but that's it, and I got over even that pretty quick, all things considered. I've never been in a bar and had a legal drink over the age of 21 (plenty when I was 16-18). I never went in and bought alcohol for myself or anyone else until I was 26. I never had been in a bar since I was around 18, until last year, and even then I only had a coke to drink. The few drinks I've had to drink in the last 2 years are only because I was taking care of an alcoholic, and he begged me to have a mixed drink with him from time to time.

Please, tell me the difference between CYP450, CYP3A4, and CYP2D6.
Thanks for my homework tonight.
Cyp450 is the general name for a bunch of enzyme proteins in the liver. It's actually the entire family of different enzymes, so called because of some shit having to do with the wavelength at which you're able to observe the enzymes under blah blah blah.
But cyp2d6 and cyp3a4 are two distinct enzymes in that family, responsible for metabolizing a huge number of the different drugs and stuff we take. These are hemeproteins, - so called because of their iron based heme group which I know little else about. Which explains why the junkie girl I met could inhale massive amounts of opiates. Her disease- porphyria- has something to do with malformation of heme in the body, so she probably couldn't produce cyp3a4 to turn those opiates into shit that would've caused a recognizable "high".

2019-01-21 at 5:35 AM UTCIts cool rite? Some people can take codeine but oxycodone doesn't work as well. This is what makes all the difference. High levels of cyp450 enzymes are what causes dudes like bradleyb93 not to feel opiates at all.

Tbf, 95% of the real drug users (certified)that I know- don't know jack shit about drugs on the internet. They just know that methadone rots your bones, cartels cut cocaine with China white heroin to hook more users, and if you take acid, if you crack your knuckles years later you can have a fucked up flashback bc it releasez the acid in ur jointz.
I would call them fake drug users to their face, but I can't see their faces behind the gigantic knots of gross scar tissue over every single blood vessel in their body. -
