    as stated. Right hand and grab left shoulder blade and pull shoulder forward slightly while you rotate torso to the right. repeate with other side and rotate opposite way. roll shoulders with head and neck down and forward. have someone use their elbows on both sides of your spine and do swirl motions with some pressure. moving up and down the spine from the neck to the small of the back. then on the blades themselves.
    
    they sell chairs that have back rollers and legs calf rollers that cost like 1200 bucks that do a good job. some malls have them where you can put a few dollars in quarters to try them out. but those ones usually are worn out.
