I'm frustrated because I keep trying to troll 4chan and trigger people there and the captcha clock keeps resetting to 60.

how do I get around this? also I dont use a VPN since most are ban. I just reset wifi

Dude they used cell phones that can read thoughts. there was an old documentary from the late 70s or early 80s I saw in my early teens where they touched probes to the brain and connected to some 70s era processor which was able to say certain words the person was thinking. they were mapping out thoughts since the brain gives off radio signals in the 8-12hrtz range.
they dont need micron chips to do this shit.

These chips are much more advanced. Developed by DARPA under the false pretense of military advancement. They are programmable and re-programmable, act as a local network, have 2-way communication capability, can self-replicate, and can move through various parts of the body, including the ability to breach the brain barrier.
