I don't feel like I've put on a shit load of weight in terms of speed/athletic ability nor look it according to others but at this pace I'll have an unhealthy BMI for my height in 2 weeks time. My stomach is like a bottomless pit its fucking odd. This is an eating disorder right? Surely this is less healthy than occasional drug use.

Sobriety + 0 will power has led to me packing on 30lbs in a span of ~6 weeks. I don't feel like I've put on a shit load of weight in terms of speed/athletic ability nor look it according to others but at this pace I'll have an unhealthy BMI for my height in 2 weeks time. My stomach is like a bottomless pit its fucking odd. This is an eating disorder right? Surely this is less healthy than occasional drug use.

Luckily I talked to her later on after her batshit episode and realizes what Im saying is real. Malice, you got any ideas? I could use your autism powers right now. She doesnt want to bring it up with doctors and is willing to try shit now shes having such a cognitive decline. Im gonna try and get her to try the piracetam again but you think of anything else? Shes forgetting whole pieces of the day and shit she says and she cant even remember so extremely memorable times Id thought would have been impossible to forget. She loses everything... besides that fact that shes fucking nuts and its sad, I need to fix this shit for my own sanity because I cant live with this level of looney toons shit.

Phenylpiracetam has the most pronounced nootropic effect. Bacopa has a very strong demonstrated effect on memory. I finally registered here pretty much just to point out memantine for this. It seems to have little effect on mild Alzheimer's, though, and I'm not sure how you'd determine if it's mild, moderate, or severe.

Wow, give up now. It really fucks your body up and causes multiple severe (semi)permanent changes that will make attaining a healthy weight much more difficult. Then there's the genetic and behavioral factors, which are commonly misunderstood. Many behavioral traits have been shown to have very high heritability, and some of these will cause a person to be much more likely to become obese, and by extension much more likely to remain that way. Energy levels, motivation, self control/will power, the amount of pleasure you receive from various things, intelligence and the ability to sustain attention effecting your likelihood to arrive at sound decisions, effective methods for weight loss and maintaining good health etc. -

Memantine is actually an alzheimer's drug, I've got nothing to say about what it does for people with cognitive issues but it's had the most noticeable effect for me, being relatively healthy, of any nootropic I've taken so I can't imagine it does any worse for people who actually have the disease it's supposed to treat. There's a dude on longecity who buys bulk and resells cheap. -

Going to try a variety of methods and recipes. More MSG and less sugar, adding (more) MSG later on, after the sugar is fermented and yeast uses up nutrients to reproduce. Hopefully I won't overdose and die, I really don't like that I won't know exactly how much GHB is in there, but starting of very low and gauging the effects should be good enough. -
