Protip: get a hydration belt. Having water makes it more tolerable.

Phones can be kept in one of those little armband things if you want, or wherever if you use decent bluetooth headphones.

Thanks, nigga. I had forgotten about hydration and it might be wise to bring some along. Bluetooth headphones are being considered, right now I have EarPods and I can see them getting yanked on pretty often.

I'm in the US midwest, and I want to be able to run around at zero degrees. In your experience does the cold get more bearable in just shorts and a t-shirt?

I just returned from my first run. I was fairly warm, but I need to work on stamina. It would also help if I had an itinerary in mind before I leave home next time.

I suggest those headphones that cup around the ears to prevent falling. I have a pair that I use whenever I workout and I've yet to have them fall out. My ears are a bit small for them however.

Remember to warm up, and not push your leg muscles too much. They are basically ropes, and injuries can take a long time to heal.
Try to lose weight, and also be mindful of your gait (keep it smooth) and especially your knees.
Soft materials to run on are great, much less harmful on your joints.
And remember to bring a phone in case you've fallen and you can't get up.
And maybe a knife in case you get into a random knife fight.
Also some push ups or other exercise helps your body grow.

The penis is pleased with itself, I don't think I've ever seen one like it excluding the internet. No problems running with the barbell in.

I definitely want a pair of over-ear headphones, preferably Bluetooth. I'm really sick of earbuds falling out, and hearing outside noises.

Hmm, is this a caution or a threat? My shoes have good traction, but I might add metal screws in the bottoms when it gets icy out.
