but I don't have skinny shoulders.
Yo have no shoulders, just a straight line from your hips to your ears with arms sticking off.

2018-10-15 at 12:57 AM UTCI don't think this is the definition of "Skinny shoulders"

2018-10-16 at 6:16 PM UTCI had viral meningitis when I was a baby. My mom says she had to hold me with ice blankets to keep the fever down.
I imagine it burned her arms, but she never told me that part. -
2018-10-16 at 8:56 PM UTCWas there any permanent brain damage?

You could easily have died of it. Many children do. -

Don't handle soil where animals defacate.

Meningitis is an infection of the spinal fluid.
Encephalitis is an infection of the fluid around the brain.
Meningoencephalitis is an infection of both the spinal fluid and brain fluid.
The term "viral", when used in conjunction with either of these illnesses means "unknown", not virus? -

This is why I was hospitalized for 6 weeks or so.
It's the earliest I remember as a child. I was like 2 and half.
I remember a nurse trying to talk to me and I couldn't answer back. I don't know if it was a later version of an iron lung or early form of HBOT, but I remember freaking out inside a machine with a plastic curtain of some type.
not sure if that was for the pneumonia or to push oxygen in to heal you. needle in the back. doctors and science wasn't so advance back then. we're talking maybe early 1968 -

this was 1968, my mother was single and had 4 kids and I was the youngest by several years. she had a lot on her plate. kids having to go to school while raising a toddler. Moving from Oakland to a neighboring city and meeting a guy that adopted me and married her. He was pretty cool until I was about 6. turned into a real psyho-fuk. -
