Should women be charged with a crime for making false rape allegations?

And that is true, actually. There are numerous studies done on this. If you google false rape allegations there are pages and pages of these studies.
Divorce is a whole different thing. Divorces get nasty. AGAIN, I think these woman should be prosecuted.

I DO agree that false reporters should be punished. The reality is that it would mainly come as a civil suit for defamation of character which doesn’t carry stiff penalties, usually just a cash reward.
I know of a first hand account of a chick accusing a dude of rape. she bragged relentlessly about how little it cost her and how much it cost him. (legal fees...etc) -

I don't believe he was twisting for a narrative so much as illustrating that woman lie about what men do because it's understood that, in today's political climate, the courts are more willing to err on the side of the accuser if is a sexual allegation against a man from a woman.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I disagree. Lying about sexual harassment, domestic violence is a whole hell of a lot easier to do as opposed to rape allegations. Women don’t come forward with rape allegations out of fear of being victimized all over again. -

That would make for a very effective deterrent.
I mean technically that is the case as once a woman has made a falsey the law would never believe them in future and a conviction would then be impossible. The media should do more to educate women on the fact that they make themselves a target of rapist once they've been caught out making a falsey.
