2018-07-26 at 10:45 PM UTCPaige ur not exercising enough. You need to be going to the gym regularly and engaging in vigorous cardio and weight training. I guarantee that will help you sleep much more soundly. Not to mention that will help you lose the extra 15-20 lbs u need to lose to look ur best.

LMAO. Considering you're wrong...hilarious. Very few SP issues are skeletol in nature...more likely neurological or organic. Plus 90% of chiropractors are a joke...why insurance law suits are so high. Osteopaths who don't prescribe drugs are actually better in most cases...they prefer restoration instead of surgery and finding a good one is difficult.
No offense Bro...get off drugs you seem salvageable and a bit more intelligent. Just an observation...no offense. -

You need to be in an institution and locked up in a padded cell. -

To add your're a moron...LMAO.
Without getting a total evaluation or diagnosis from her doctor exercising may actually make Jill's condition worse... use some logic. She's going through a stress episode...the actual extra weight is beneficial in the recovery stage or if she starts losing. If she was 200 lbs it would be a different story...she's only 137 lbs basically normal. Why are you so obsessed with her weight...insane or what. Still walking, less stress, resolving problems, eating better and eliminating all junk food and soda would be wise...residual affects from toxins, parasites and additives can harm if allergies are present so a good pro biotic will also help and regular vitamins and minerals may result in a difference. Talk to your Dr and don't listen to lunatics who want to rape you. -

Well that's something really fucked up to look forward to, since I have had seizures and would stop breathing for 4-5 minutes straight during a sleep test. one in which I was experiencing the SP during the apnea. the doctor just stood there and watched me not breathing for all of that time and I suddenly started breathing again. when I went to see him at his office a week or so later, I said.. "Did you see the Sleep Paralysis.. I'm so happy it happened while being tested" and he said "Oh, that doesn't show up.. but you know what shows up.. this" and shows me the chart. "This is where 3 times you stop breathing. all between 3-4 and a half minutes. I have never seen this, for this long this many times in a row. this is really hard on the heart. you need a CPAP machine.
so I got one. -

From what I've seen SP has very little correlation to GBS...one is neurological and organic based and the other is viral in nature. Since STRESS is a big factor for SP...it should be eliminated. We had a kid falling from SA right in front of us where I carried her to the stretcher. BP, pulse, breathing, etc., all normal...no discoloration and all ANA markers within range with no positives. Jill needs to relax first and explore all the underlying factors. Second all medical and understand her specific problem and condition. Not online and definitely at a good hospital. Meds may be needed...yet never as an exploratory tool. Know the issuses and explore why there are panic and anxiety attacks. -

Where did you get I weigh 137? Archer said 5'5 137. I said a little less on both but he was the closest so I'm assuimg that is where you got that number? Y'all acting like I'm some sort of cow when weight has nothing to do with it. My job is straining on my body and i do it over 8 hours each day. I dont need anymore, my body is killing me as it is but when i actually do have time i will go to the gym. I take pro biotics as well as prenatal vitamins. My doctor said those were the better rather pregnant or not. I apperciate the advice but none of those are causing the problem. Youre right though, i do need to see my doctor and plan to if it continues.
