Don't celebrate too soon, I'm not dead yet, but probably won't be long. My infectious disease doctor said she wants me on IV antibiotics for at least 2 more weeks and then to reevaluate. They're discharging me from the facility tomorrow. The guy I took care of died last week so I have no where to go back to... So Im gonna be homeless without antibiotics I need.
I'm sure 1337will let you know when you can celebrate eventually.

ah man, my postman just arrived with an eigth of nice pollen, 100mg of xanax powder and a bunch of 200mg tramadols. fucking awesome.
i just tried a tiny bit of the xanax powder, man that is fiddly trying to split that shit up into tiny little portions like that, lol.

I seem to have developed some kind of manic syndrome from complete withdrawal. It's been about 3 days since I've been compltely off xanax and starting the first day I've experiencing (extremely short) manic cycles and moderate hallucinations.
The first day was the most intense, with a very strong manic delusion I will never forget. It appears that, if I let myself listen to myself, I will be very persuasisve towards myself in convincing myself to engage in extremely reckless social behavior. I haven't had anymore suggested bad ideas come to me through hallucinations since then, but I have a good idea of what to look for and avoid now.
Each day for the last 3 days the daily cyle seems to have gone-
1.Wake up- slightly manic
2. Few hours later - mild to moderately depressed
3. Late in the day- Close or true baseline
4. Few hours before bed- Very strongly manic with moderate auditory and mild visual hallucinations
I'm wondering if the withdrawal has lowered the threshold for a "qualifying event" to bring out a dormant case of some kind of manic disorder, or if this is temporary as mania is a rare, but recorded side effect of benzo withdrawal. I read that cycling moods multiple times per day isn't common for bipolar, and it's debateable whether it's even possible for cycles to be that short. My pain is mostly gone though, so that's nice.
