I'm never taking melatonin ever again. I use to take it every day for about a month and I got these dreadful vivid dreams every night and I when I realized what was causing it, I cut that out. Skip to today, I tried it because I could not sleep for the life of me, and I woke up from a half-sleep within an hour and literally saw my bedroom door opening for no reason and and got this intense panic thinking someone was going to come in and rob me but I couldn't wake up from sleep paralysis. Felt like I was about to seize and screamed softly.
I dunno if this is me being crazy or not, but a thunderstorm went off and it sounded and felt like a bomb and shook the building.
I'll bite the bullet and try using dph if I need to from now on, I stopped usong it completely after a bad deleriant experience in HS gave it a crappy feeling to me, like when you throw up after eating a certain food that makes you not want to eat that food for quite a while. Took a couple and it wasn't as bad as I remember though.

Hey buddy, you don't need to take melatonin every day. You literally need it ONCE: it resets your sleep schedule whenever you take it by causing a spike in your melatonin levels.
You take it one day to set your melatonin spike to THAT time. Then you preserve that sleep schedule by turning off the lights and hitting the sack the subsequent days.
Regularity is #1, have a routine, you don't need to take melatonin every day, that will fuck with your shit.
You also don't need high doses, make sure you only take one capsule or whatever, more isn't stronger.
Ffs people, I swear you guys are just addicted to the idea of taking a pill and fixing a problem. -

It has nothing to do with enforcing immigration law.
During the Bush and Obama years, immigrants and asylum seekers were kept in family detention i.e. their families were housed together during whatever processing they needed to undergo.
Now, regardless of the circumstances of the case, the adults and children are always processed and detained separately as a policy, with no possibility to see them at all during processing.
The issue isn't "let immigrant stay we love illegals", it is to continue doing family detention rather than literally having men with guns and body armor tear children out of their mother's arms and keep them in a separate detention facility. Even little mexican children can and will suffer trauma from that, y'know. -

No, it's not an executive order, it's part of a "zero tolerance policy".
Essentially every single case is arrested and prosecuted criminally. Before, processing happened with family detention and didn't necessarily have to end up with criminal prosecution, it could even end with being granted asylum. Even if they were not granted asylum, they were then deported as a family. It only escalated to criminal prosecution if the nature of the case warranted it, which is when any separation happened. That seemed like a pretty reasonable way to handle things. 2018-07-05 at 8:33 PM UTCMan, anybody remember when you were going to be there to lock up the taste of the same way other drugs do you think it is a replacement for the DSM of a nice nug and dip it into your mouth or mouth or something like that it is a total turnoff for me to not think about it for a while ago and I went to the doctor to see if I could get a better understanding of what I need to do to get my hands down the mountain when she comes to the house and I am perfectly fine with this is the best thing to do with the peeps on tonight

Alright, fine. But perhaps they should try immigrating legally? They're giving everyone who is here legally a bad name, and they all get lumped together. Clearly the compassionate way has not worked.
