Now i do muscle ups and diamond pushups several times a day along with bicycling for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
My food consists more or less of chicken, fish, hemp seeds, cordyceps and lions mane mushrooms.
I really dislike vegetables so i'm kinda fucked as far as that goes. I do eat potatoes though seldomly, but that's a root fruit not really a veggy. -

2018-07-01 at 12:20 AM UTCI have excellent nutrition. My weight is also good: I lost forty pounds this year, and I plan to lose just a little more. I could exercise more, however, and I know I need to start seeing a cardiologist soon because of family history. I have already cut back on the obscene volume of espresso that I drink, so we'll see if that change lasts.
