unless youre just fucking around or a complete workout-knob, you'd know that the weights of a particular exercise are described in complete total…as in the weight of everything applied. bar…plates…it all adds together for the stated weight.

For the record, even if I was only at 10kg altogether, you shouldn't make fun of someone's progress, especially in their first week. That's the definition of a complete workout-knob. -

The workout definitely did its job if my pump was anything to go by. I had big arms and pecs by the end of it; was looking pretty good. But I just didn't "feel" it... I wasn't tired or exhausted or sweating at all, despite me not getting much sleep last night. So I dunno wtf that was about. Maybe they just saved the easiest day for last?
Anyway...
Day 5: Chest and Arms Hypertrophy
Bench Press Speed Sets: 15kg
Incline Dumbbell Press: 15kg
Chest Press: 7th setting
Pec Flies: 5th setting
Curls: 4th setting
Dumbell Curls: 9kg
Skull Crushers: 8th setting
Tricep Pulldowns: 3rd setting
Btw, when I write "setting" I THINK it's in kg. That'd make sense, maybe.
Is anyone actually reading this/interested in this btw? I'm going to keep posting my days anyway for logging purposes, but was just wondering if anyone here's actually reading it haha. -

Thanks. One of my friends admitted that they don't think I'll actually go through with emotionally destroying any of the girls because deep down I'm too nice. But the thing is... I've already done a similar thing in 2016, when I asked out that girl and then brutally rejected her right before we were supposed to go out, telling her I wasn't interested in her anymore. It actually hurt her emotionally to be rejected like that right before the date, and it made me feel SO fucking good and so I know I can do it again (but worse).
