Whey and oats are fantastic together, I bet they blend really well with the oats powdered. I'm doing a similar, vegan alternative. Make sure you're accounting for all of your micronutrients. It's easy to go a few days and feel great but still get a charley horse, so you need to add something with potassium. Avocados are great, in my experience. They provide vital minerals and good fat, plus they make any smoothie perfectly creamy without affecting the taste. Or you could just buy a high-bioavailability potassium powder for cheap on Amazon, along with magnesium and a few others, if you aren't picky about whole foods. -

Yeah I'm using some supplements in the mix. The one I'm using now is a recipe called "liquid cake":

Cheapest way to get your potassium.
Since I started using all potassium salt instead of regular salt at home, no more charlie horse cramps in the middle of the night.
Also makes it easier to stay hydrated during a strict keto cut.
