I'm at work right now and I just had a meeting - I was sitting like a faggot but luckily nobody noticed.

I can walk around normally but sitting down feels stressful on my lower spine/tailbone. I don't know what it is because I can't feel the affected area by touching it with my hands, it's somewhere inside

Is this why people start doing opiates and move on to fentanyl

    maybe its your perineum.

Nobody gives a shit update: the pain has alleviated and I am now able to pinpoint where the problem is. my sacroiliac joint

I fucked up my pelvis, not my spine. Sitting down hurts for long periods of time so I have to blow off all saturday night hangouts and post on niggas in space on mobile while walking around the house

    Trial and error

Spent a long time watching physiotherapy videos and doing certain exercises in order to understand where the pain is coming from

Once I found out I did more exercises targetting the s.i joint and the pain and discomfort has diminished. I'm not even on painkillers although I will pop a couple later actually I'm gonna pop a couple right now thanks for reminding me

I'm expecting a recovery period of at least 3 weeks but I will still work out my upper body at least. I haven't hit the gym since I made this thread and I'm already beginning to feel like shit

    actually your not supposed to.

what i believe is that your body, soft bones especially, pains in order to make you not to use them until they've healed.

bone pains are just like wet cement or wet paint sign that warn you to not mess with it until the cement or the paint had dried.

Because once the paint dries it needs to be touched up. Once you heal, you still might need to do some exercises to restore mobility etc.

Actually, too much rest could allow your injury to "settle", and then rehab will take 10x longer

Slightly more important nobody gives a shit update

    I'm in a&e
The pain has spread to my left buttock and left leg. I am not able to sit down without feeling extreme agony in my lower back area

It will be a 5 to 6 hour wait tonight on account of all the brown people. The wait will be done standing

I asked a nurse if they serve alcohol here and she looked at me like I'm a fucking retard even though my IQ is an entire standard deviation above sploo's

I literally injured my spine deadlifting for queen and country and I can't even mix my painkillers with a glass of red wine without being treated like a lesser lifeform
