I don't blame you, but - naturally, I have a slim frame, and several years ago I looked ridiculous when I weighed 60kg (I'm 5 ft 11). I had a borderline pencil neck, skinny, girly forearms and absolutely no traps. Deadlifts and farmers walks saved my aesthetics and proportionality - nice, thick neck (especially when supplemented with neck bridges), decent traps, and finally some blown up forearms even though my wrists are still skinny. Still, since my bones are so slim, putting on 11kg of lean muscle over the last few years has actually made me look bigger than I really am when I wear t-shirts. Aesthetics is all about illusion anyway. If you look at my arm, my wrists are so skinny that it makes my upper arm look bigger than it is.

By the way, I am in a fantastic mood now that I am medicated.

just be careful and remember that you can over train your muscle into becoming stronger than what your frame are designed for.

cant escape evolution and the way your born naturally.

    no.

in normal humans ligaments/tendons/bones respond more slowly than muscle to training but they WILL NOT fail to accommodate the loads placed on them by the muscles when properly trained.

I have to really lean forward while arching my back to prevent the pain

I'm on my tip toes as well for some reason with my elbows resting on my knees

Please evaluate all future poops for consistency according to this chart until you are better. Remember to photographically document everything.

i broke my tit one time. i have no idea how it happened but one day, out of the blue, any movement involving my clavicle was painful. it was most pronounced doing standing barbell curls and anything chest-related. for awhile there was a visible divot in my tit when i flexed it, leading me to think i pulled part of my tit-muscle...or damaged it somehow.

it killed any of my chest movements and a few other exercises, even ones not directly involving chest, but i didnt stop...i just lessened the weights and/or adjusted my position so i could carry on...

I was doing 385 for about 5 reps at 150lbs before I quit due to severe depression. It's definitely possible. You're correct that it is uncommon.

so yes, theres actually a point in time your muscles are stronger than your bones and tendons can support,

and thats where the injuries start to happen. also your statement requires a person to be ''properly trained'', which is not happening all the time.

anyway, there are variations in human build, and you can see it clearly by looking at their joints, knees for example.

some people have knees that are way bigger than their fists, and these people are designed to be load mules, while some have knees that are of similar size to their fists, these people are less capable of load bearing and not designed for such activities.

Are you sure about this? It sounds like you're talking about those who inject testosterone or take anabolic steroids in order to go past their natural maxed out physique. Maybe then it would be strenuous on the joints.

    Any sources?
