Consider the following: I broke my leg as I slipped, by trying to apply muscle and stay upright. The max output of my leg muscles was enough to break my leg in 3 places.
I ain't on steroids.

Yeah but it's not the same is it? Slipping is, by default, a loss of control -
of course if you lose control of your mobility and then apply muscle output from a compromised position (all in a split second) you'll get blacked -

It is quite easy to break your own bones with your muscles.
Bones and tendons will grow stronger when trained, but muscles grow much faster. This is a problem for steroid users, as their muscles outgrow their tendons so quickly that ripping tendons right off the bone is quite possible. -
2018-01-17 at 9:39 PM UTClol arm wrestling is such a stupid demonstration of physical prowess
freestyle wrestling is far more reliable -

Maybe it was just because you were fat. Being afraid to hurt yourself is exactly the kind of excuse a fat person would make. -

that makes no sense unless you have super-osteoporosis.

well just look at those non accidental, self inflicted sports injuries.
your body type was decided by genetics and your developing years in your early childhood.
if you care to look at some negros from some african countries, they came preloadd with bulging muscles despite not having any real workout. no reason to force yourself into becoming a something your not. -

It's actually pretty average for an experienced lifter of his size. -
2018-01-19 at 1:22 PM UTCUpdate: I'm still fucked. The deadlift jedi got me
Have been doing some mild stretching and sporadic pilates at home, has not changed anything
I'm at work right now and I just had a meeting - I was sitting like a faggot but luckily nobody noticed.
I can walk around normally but sitting down feels stressful on my lower spine/tailbone. I don't know what it is because I can't feel the affected area by touching it with my hands, it's somewhere inside
Is this why people start doing opiates and move on to fentanyl
