If you had taken even a moment to look at the link you'd see that this has been accounted for by having different numbers for different crimes as well as listing single arrests, you get arrested once and charged for multiple crimes, it may not account for

But it does account for who is committing those crimes, I find it doubtful though that the evil racist police would arrest someone for murder and then release them to murder again, this statistic is for 2013 alone so it doesn't account for their 10 year stay in a penitentiary.
However I'll incorporate that and say that in fact this would be bolstering my argument because even if they are multiple offenders it means that this smaller number of blacks are still committing 30%-50% of violent crimes, this would also mean that a smaller portion of the white offenders were committing 50%-70% of crime but once again this should be expected from 70% of the population.
I'll admit they don't factor unsolved crimes -

and even whan you have a perfect statistic, their just going to argue that that wsa due to biased juries, prejudiced judges and racist polices.
