It's like watching a fight in slow motion.
Who brings an extended baton to a party. In California if you don't have a guard card and 8 hour training video it's illegal and like mandatory jail time.
but the fact he used it with the act of or not of provocation, instead of a legitimate use to protect .. he actually prolly in trouble prolly
Texas.. you're becoming the next Nanny State like California -

I don't see how texas is becoming the next nanny state, I mean anymore than the other states. -
2017-10-17 at 7:53 PM UTCmy uncle used to go to UT and him and his frat bros carried batons / kept them in their cars to beat up homeless drunks. He actually got arrested for doing that when he was a young man.

because Texas was like on the opposite side of the spectrum to being a "Stand your ground" vs the proverbial "Sued for skylight that the cat burglar fell through"
Texas is going to lose it's civilian rights as more far left move in and change your laws.
So when some methhead in say 2022 trips on your garden hose while looking to snatch something out of your garage.. you gonna lose your house to him! :| -
2017-10-19 at 8:21 PM UTCI'm not siding with it.. I'm just saying give it some time! don't be angry at me as if I'm putting a curse on that state. They're just headed for the Liberal Hub of the south.
