    Growth hormone and testosterone production are greatly affected by sleep quality. I guess his gym time isn't totally pointless and he will see some gains at some point, but at a much slower rate than if he were sleeping well.

    i'm not sure baout growth hormone but about the testosterone ....

    usually the more sleep deprived i'm the hornier i got and the more incidence of errection i experience.

    the single most important aspect of any type of physical training is sleep. sleep is more important than nutrition, supplements, and even the actual training itself.

    I'm sleeping better now. Weight is like 152. I slept like six hours last night.
