He was telling me about how he knows that he either has antisocial personality disorder, or he has aspergers syndrome. The thing is, he isn't a druggy or alcoholic, and he is fairly healthy. He eats healthy and works out, and he doesn't use any drugs aside from a couple beers here and there, and seldom marijuana use.
He knows he's different but he's not sure how to go about it. It's almost like he is eating healthy and working out to try and fight against whatever is wrong with him.
What advice should I give this faggot?

If its not hurting him in anyway he should just be himself. Maybe your friend was just merely stating an observation he came to realize about himself. I'm sure theres probably away he can use his autisimo towards his advantage if he's actually smart.

He is middle aged.
He can't socialize well because he's not used to it. It's foreign to him. He even pronounces words incorrectly due to his lack of people experience.
I'm afraid that he might be planning something. He seems nervous and strange. He is distant and knows that people don't like him and he always thinks that people are grouping up and plotting against him.
He has also lost his appetite lately and is losing more weight than usual.
He also told me that at times he feels and can taste chemicals from, what he assumes is his brain. He said it makes him feel high like a drug for hours and then tired afterwards.

the chemical thing might be a real implant where they dose him because he refused to do it. at some point he went in for something that they put him under and probably stitched a type of pill plunger device to release micronic amounts of some resin that absorbs into him. it can last for years.
