Yes. He got fucked up and tripped over something and fell. But he weighs nearly 300 pounds so when he falls it's like a fucking earthquake. The shock wave knocked a ~sixty-pound mirror off of a wall which fell directly onto his skull behind his left ear. He had seizures for the entire rest of the night.
It's been a couple weeks and he's had what he assumes is cerebrospinal fluid leaking out of his nose and ears, constant ear infections in both ears, vertigo, and what sounds like the beginnings of meningitis but refuses to go to the doctor because he "doesn't want the hassle or the drug test, and doesn't have any vacation days." He thinks he's had a basilar skull fracture.
He's acted like a complete fucking mongoloid since. He forgets anything you tell him almost instantly, can't hear anything, nearly falls about a hundred times per day, loses his temper at the slightest provocation and is very impulsive, all of which is very unusual for him.
He always talks about not wanting to be alive so maybe this was his way of killing himself
Seems to be starting to heal up now though -

Oh. This is me. Also if he knows that "people don't like him", he knows that there is a large group of people willing to fuck him over. They've self-organized into a group that plots to fuck him over by plotting to take actions with little consideration for his happiness or well-being. He's basically just self-aware at that point.
That said he's also clearly got some paranoid tendencies so he's maybe beyond that. Or people really are out to get him and he can taste his brain. -

Sound serious. I couldn't imagine having a seizure and not seeing a doctor. But those brain scans are quite expensive. I believe with brain injuries, that it's blood clots and are the largest risk.

I think my friend needs to move to another city. He is a bit bored with the city he is in, and he has savings and things he can currently cash in. It seems like it's time for him to plan a move along with a complete revert and everything he is. He even started listening to different music that's kind of gay. A complete change of sceenery would likely do him well.
