Haven't posted here for a while, but there is a lot going on. I can't write in too much detail at the moment, but:

Koreas - Best Korea launched another ICBM test; this time dropping it into the ocean near Japan. This has prompted SK and the US to conduct joint drills and missile tests, though considering how they're more or less doing that non-stop, it's not going to threaten NK into stopping.

LEBANON - As mentioned earlier, Hezbullah (in co-ordination with the SAA) has been the main driving force in crushing ISIS in the country. The Lebanese military moved in afterwards to avoid losing face as Hezbullah is seen as having many foreign ties and that a Hezbullah victory is not necessarily a Lebanese victory.
The Army, in co-ordination with the SAA, came to an agreement with ISIS - they would be allowed to withdraw from the country and be transported from Qalamoun to Deir Eizzor in Syria via the green buses. In return, ISIS would release several Lebanese soldiers that were captured in 2015.

The soldiers turned out to be dead, and the Lebanese authorities have been blaming the SAA for facilitating a 'bad deal'. Given the people in government who are spearheading the 'fuck Syria' brigade, it appears to be US influence attempting to put pressure on the co-ordination between Syria and Lebanon.

Just now, it's been reported that the convoy of buses full of ISIS militants and their families (roughly 500 in total I believe) has been destroyed by US airstrikes. I'm not sure why given that they were not involved in the deal and have a history of allowing ISIS to escape, but it's likely to 'cancel' the prisoner swap deal and show Lebanon that they are a better ally than Syria.

    ***wrong battlefield, fixed

SYRIA - Also, Israel is now threatening to bomb the palace at Damascus (as well as disrupt the de-escalation zones) due to Hezbullah units and IRGC advisors ignoring their demands to leave the country. This is possibly just talk because as well as the S-200 systems that likely brought down two jets last time Syria chose to engage them, the SAA now has a large number of Russian Pantsir mobile anti-air complexes which are no doubt hidden along flight paths from Israel and Jordan. If Israel does attempt to attack Damascus, the SAA will not stand down their AA systems as they have in the past and it's likely Russia itself will target them to prevent a wider conflict involving Israel and Iran.

More on this - according to an official DoD statement, the US did not destroy the convoy; they claim to have destroyed the road ahead to impede it. They're also sounding off about Russia and Syria being insincere about fighting ISIS due to the deal, completely glossing over the fact that Russia was completely uninvolved and Syria played no part in the decision. The deal was made directly between Lebanese intelligence and ISIS; Syria's role was simply acquiescing to Lebanese intelligence's request to give the ISIS convoy safe passage.

thats why its significant. even if the assorted types of radars and telemetry-intercepts were able to accurately plot the missiles projected (another word for 'assumed') course there is absolutely no way to determine if the missile was carrying any type of warhead or would undertake any types of mid-course adjustments to its flight path. hell...considering N.Koreas lack of QA the thing could even have gone unintentionally out-of-control within range of japanese territory and rained down korean shit-drizzles all over the poor nippers.

this is why im not a world leader. if i had been the commander over there, as soon as my forward spotters, ELINT, etc, told me 'something' was on a path towards japan i would have plotted its known path...back tracked its previous path...and sent whatever appropriate ordnance package i had right back at 'em.

then i would have publicized to the media about how my sensors picked up an attack from N.korea directed at my area of responsibility and i had no choice but to protect the civilians by sending to happy-snaps right up that pudgy little bastards katy-perry loving ass.

if this incident doesnt incite a response more significant that mere words and more useless sanctions the fat-faggot slant-eye has wont the publicity war.

YEMEN - Yemeni military dropped a TBM on Abu Dhabi. Yemeni military is claiming a direct hit, UAE and KSA are yet to respond.

i just thanked my various gotts that your not a leader of anykind other than of phaggotry.

but i dont think this missile issue as simple as it seems. everytime a missile goes off you see a large movement in the financial world, the yield of bonds go down and yen goes up for eg.

so if your a global player in the finance and forex market with influence in NK, would you not have used them to manipulate market sentiment ???

if i knew in advance that a missile is going over japan and cause a surge in yen ... i'd have bought yen with every cents i've got.

US doesn't want another unwinnable war (mostly), they just want NK to do as they're told and behave... They keep failing though, and instead of changing tactics or making concessions, they just keep amping up the same ineffective scare tactics.

NK didn't really want war either, they just wanted to arm up to deter the US from invading as they constantly demonstrate in their 'drills'. Now that China's stated they'll back NK if they're attacked, it seems as though Kim has now shifted to taunting the US and trying to get them to attack... Driving the US from the region is probably the only way to unify Korea on their own terms

jesus christ. how am I getting this info on this shit site before the dozens of 'real' news feeds I have.

there is virtually no info on the internet about this. casualties. impact point. weapon used.

this isn't a trivial matter...abu dhabi is a major city, like some of the most advanced ones in the west, and a massive port. it was one of the few ports carriers can dock in that area.

I haven't been able to find much either; I do know they were upgrading TOCHKA-Us to break mach-4.5 in order to get through the Patriot anti-missile batteries a few months back though, and I'm pretty sure I posted that they'd begun using drones to ram radar arrays or otherwise deplete the Patriot missiles before sending the TBMs in
