2017-08-07 at 3:13 AM UTCI really am changing substantially, possibly with the massive boost from sublingual free base NSI-189 + HIIT!
I'm actually getting shit done consistently after barely being functional for years! Now I just have a few fairly simple things to take care of. I'm working on important projects, refining my habits, avoiding procrastination, setting schedules, mid to long-term plans and goals, major ones.
As for physical/mental improvement, I've currently added HIIT for 20-30 minutes a day (Will up the intensity and drop to 20 for efficiency).
Also planning on doing 20 minutes of meditative exercises each day. Feels great to do outside on a nice day, get some sun on my bare back while I'm at it.
Finally, 20 minutes practicing the Method of Loci for school/individual academic work/projects I'm interested in or plan on.

It's actually kind of fun, and it works! Fortunately my natural visual abiliies and memory are an immense help. I really want to see how far I can take this by augmenting those two traits that are abnormal to begin with. Abnormal brain plasticity is also possible, which would augment it further.
Spending and hour on this shouldn't seem like a big deal, but, hmm, it's probably because it's going to be a busy period for a while. Once everything's set I should feel like I have more time. Particularly since I practice the Method of Loci in a meditative position, it feels kind of excessive to be in that position/general state for 40 minutes a day, but of course I'll adjust.
Eventually I'd like to replace HIIT with weight lifting again and take a SARM to start off, after about a week, then RAD-140 + trenbolone and supporting meds/supps. Once I got near my peak my routine was so efficient I only needed 2 workouts a week for 1-1/2 and 2 hours. The equivalent of only 30 minutes a day, less if remove or cut back on the hand/forearm complex exercises. I still have a really solid build, particularly looking at myself in profile in a full length mirror. Very masculine and barrel/thick chested, everything dense and powerful, even at a relatively low weight. I'd love to see what I look like after a serious steroid cycle or two. It seems that the muscle tone aspect or the tism, where my muscles never fully relax and are always at least moderately tensed/contracted, causes me to retain strength/mass unusually well. Score! Another benefit of Asperger's.

2017-08-07 at 7:25 AM UTCI don't usually IV but since i got a bunch of ampules with morphine solution i figured i wouldn't waste it. I am actually getting pretty fucking good at finding veins, cracking open ampules and slamming shit. IDK if this is a good development i don't think i care ATM though. Seriously morphine is only good for IV'ing. Any other ROA is just a waste.

2017-08-07 at 8:14 AM UTCFor anyone interested in a powerful anxiolytic, which traditional users actually get "drunk" off, without the drawbacks of benzos, check this out. I found a rare item at a great price, kava kava extract powder!

You don't have to deal with the usual problems or concerns of kava plant matter! Just eats it straight.

I've bought from them before, they're a reputable vendor. They have a large selection of really cool and rare items.
You can see here they've sold a ton of amazon with a huge amount of reviews: https://www.amazon.com/BulkSupplements/b/ref=bl_dp_s_web_8411398011?ie=UTF8&node=8411398011&field-lbr_brands_browse-bin=BulkSupplements neurologically based anxiety problems, this is the real deal. I said multiple times that I didn't consider anything short of Nardil and benzos to be worth using for me. Can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but there's a good chance. Read about the mechanisms of action, it works through multiple aspects.
It inhibits norepinephrine reuptake, blockades voltage-gated sodium ion channels, like gabapentin/pregabalin and phenibut do, and enhances binding to GABA-A receptors and it may also upregulate the receptors (equivocal)! You also don't need to worry about interactions, except potentiating drugs that affect the GABAergic system, withdrawal, tolerance, or addiction.
