CrazyMike? I always remember him being pretty cool/chill. He was something like a criminally insane Iron John yet less bitter..well actually they weren't much alike aside from age but they were both pretty knowledgeable about some pretty obscure things if I remember right...Anyways that's the only Mike I can remember.

Oy, long. Well, due to the style there's a lot less material than if it were pure text. I'm at page 73 right now and there's literally been almost nothing of value. Anyone that has a basic grasp of mental health already know this. Well, a few of the charts are useful, such as data on the big 5 personality traits and traits related to burnout.

I've heard that security guards often beat the shit out of trespassers instead of calling the police to "teach them a lesson", keep them from coming back. Hopping trains can be pretty fucking dangerous, to be fair.

Then there's the issue of other drifters, which are often major pieces of shit and potentially dangerous.

Definitely seemed to be at high risk, to be honest.

I remember at one point he was going to get a certification for something, possibly IT related, and barely failed the test. Could have made a massive difference in his life if he didn't end up becoming discourage.

There's always a chance he moved on and finally got his life together.

I used to call him Schizo in a Box. I wish I could remember his last name. I found him on facebook years ago after donating to his site.

No. Doing good deeds in Ramadan is encouraged. Attacking the enemies of Islam and dying in the process might be the best deed in Islam.
There's a special night in Ramadan callled "Laylaut al Qadr", a good deed in this night is worth 1000x more.

Maybe there's something to this Ramadan theory. I had never payed enough attention to Islam to hear about it before, terrorist attacks account for too small a percentage of deaths, they're just entertaining and are capable of leading to powerful societal changes/effects.

June 22nd this year. Still 20 days of Ramadan left, with some segments potentially being worse than others.

Imagine if it kept increasing every year due to growing number of Muslims in Europe, effectively becoming a tradition, an anticipated event every year. That would be great, the footage is just going to keep getting better, more likely to be captured.

My god, San Francisco is a hideous, filthy city. The sensory hyper-sensitivity, the massive amount of sensory information taken in, the extreme realism it causes, only amplifies this.

Although, as to the sensitivity that's a standard part of autism, it could well be based on psychological state (non-depressed) and how you perceive things (depression has a massive effect on this, although knowledge and understanding can a well). I wonder if the HD version of the world can be strikingly beautiful in aspies that aren't depressed, have a generally positive psychological state and didn't fail at life.

Of course it can. It can probably be strikingly beautiful to ANYONE who isn't depressed, has a positive attitude, and is succeeding at life. Lol

Well.. hmm. As I type that it's certainly not ANYONE with those traits. I don't know. I think anyone with a moderate to high level of intelligence combined with similar levels of philosophical insight can never find 'striking beauty' in this world, other than individual cases and examples, but as a whole, one with a keen mind can never find this whole thing BEAUTIFUL.
