if ya pops smokes in your 800ft sq house, for years, when youre just a wee one it will fuck your lungs up. this has been an issue since gym classes in middle school. sprinting 1/10th of a mile and walking 1/10th about 20 times, or more if im feelin stressed, does good enough. swimming and hiking on off days is a nice treat. spose just keeping at it and taking your style into consideration will improve my ability. lifting weights and what not has improved the force i can put into each stride. ill beat u in time some day > :( -

Yea, just take it easy. But your lung capacity should definitely improve in time. Or at least it feels like it does. I didn't have childhood smoke issues but I did really fuck up my lungs by smoking dabs, weed and random rc's a lot. I quit smoking weed (and anything else) about 10 months ago, with a few exceptions, and I've been running more, and my lungs have improved by a huge amount. -

I smoke probably 2 blunts a day and binge drink/drugs on the weekends and can still get a sub 10 min mile. Swimming will get you a good lung capacity but honestly fuck all that, YOu should start deadlifting/squatting/benching at the gym. Do HIIT if your trying to lose weight but if you just count cals and eat below whatever you will lose weight. But you should really just eat for maintenance and lift heavy cause nobody will ever care about how fast you are -

it's not like i'm overweight or chubby by any means, my bmi is 20, it's just there is a certain aesthetic that i find very attractive and want to achieve
swimming is dank, i do it to help my lungs with my asthma

when i smoked weed i had attacks all the time and had to go to the hospitals lot
edibles only now
i cant count cals because i used to be anorexic, but i eat very well because i love veggies, fruits and red meat. hate dairy.
