   Yeah, I've had since I was 16. So combine that with the stroke and the contracted muscles and I'm in pretty much 24/7 pain. I take gabas and baclofin and that helps enough. The nerve is on the left side and I can pop and crack that side's wrist, ankle, shoulder and opposite side neck forever

    I phoned my doctors as an urgent call and they're going to call me back today. My sister said another one of my dad's pension letters was found so I'm reminded of him and will get a financial boost soon so that makes today better. I did one administration task. I don't want to be so terrorised by the news that I become apathetic. Heightening peoples emotions with terror to desensitise them to it is done by design. I don't want to be in survival mode constantly. Idk what to do rn I can't shower until the doctor has called me, don't want to miss it.
