2024-10-20 at 9:27 PM UTCthe floors in hotels are standard 14 foot plus maybe a foot between. so a 45 foot fall with the fact that the third floor is really the forth flood due to the lobby not being Floor one. so now it's a 60 foot drop probably onto concrete. that is not death by default but it's a 87% chance of death
there is no instant death by falling unless you burned up in the atmosphere. many people have survived a terminal velocity speed. -

There's people who jumped from a plane at thousands of feet and only halfway down realized they'd forgot their parachute. Some lived. They aimed themselves to a barn roof or soft patch of ground, like a freshly dug farmer's field. -
