    If you're looking for a good leader who happens to be in politics check out Donny this passed weekend...the guy gets shot, gets up...pumps his fist and says "fight!" and wants to carry on with his speech. THAT's being a good leader...you saw the effect his fist pump had on the world press and the crowd that was there.

    THAT's leading, having the charisma that others want to follow you, that they can look passed your flaws and see the TRUE leader you are.

    Now put Biden in that situation...first he'd have shit himself, then he'd be looking around for someone to help him off the stage, then he'd stop and sniff one of the young girls in the crowd
