    I feel off and hope the chokeberry extract works when it arrives. It's meant to help with inflammation and I definitely have brain inflammation.

    No it's brain inflammation and I'm not sure what's causing it. I've felt like this since the covid jab. I've noticed my memory has been impacted as well. Brain inflammation also causes fatigue which is what I have.

    I suspect breathing difficulties are causing a cognitive decline as well. All I know is it's not a constant state so I still have hope that I'll find something that works.

    I feel like all the cleaning I do could cause a heart attack as well, I feel a strain whenever I air out clothes and duvet covers which is frequently.
