if Floyd "49-0" Mayweather throws a fight, not only does he lose his GOAT record, but since he'll be throwing the fight to an amateur boxer who has literally never had a single boxing match before, he'll be humiliated AND people are going to look into his loss, including investigating bookies etc, and end up with his name dragged through the mud again... All for a bunch of money when he's already got a net worth of $400 million including a $180,000,000 sweep from the Pacquiao fight alone.
Plus the purse on this fight is probably gonna be HUMONGOUS; some estimates are pegging this one at a $400m payout for Mayweather alone. It's literally not even worth his time to throw this match and lose his championship streak.
He's already tied Rocky Marciano's 49-0, and this win will be so fucking easy, and it'll give him the greatest record in history. He's already cemented his place as the greatest technical boxer of all time, and this win will make him an actual legend of the sport. -

I fucking love opiates, I wish I had never taken them in the first place. I still remember the first time I ever got high. A friend of mine got his wisdom teeth taken out when I was 14 and he saved his percocet and gave them to me. I took 20mg and was puking my guts out and nodded my balls off. I knew then that it was a bad idea to do them again, yet here we are. I never learn, I wonder how monumental my fuckup will be this time. -
