In other retarded news: I told my wanna-be doctor/rn she was a lying cunt. She said she couldn't prescribe pseudofed because "it's otc" it was "impossible" and she refused then when I said she was full of shit she said "it's because medicaid won't cover it" again bullshit but not the problem as I'd b fine to pay out of pocket. I needed it because it's only drug that helps my sinus problems (used to be prescribed it by my old doctor in FL) and I keep popping for barbs on UAs buy it comes back negative with gc/ms everytime. She's such a cunt and I hope she dies.
She also won't refill my propranolol until I do some labs (a diabetes sugar test fasting) because "she needs to make sure" there is no issues" which is bullshit for propranolol with this test... And I do have a thoracic aortic aneurysm lol so... Technically I'm out and she'd prefer that all over lab work... Fucking retard. -

IDK, kind of a vague question. There are a lot of ways in which the things we mean by "silicon valley" and "wall street" compete, in some arenas SV has already won. But if we're talking about the abstract sort of "power" composed of wealth and the perception of wealth that passes for currency in both places I doubt the culture of SV will ever be as significantly represented in the elite as wall street, although it may get more screen time because of the 90s era ragged dick pathos of the place. Although I don't really have the relevant expertise. Wall street, as a game, isn't about fiscal value or commodity scarcity or anything that would seem to back the instruments traded there per se. You don't need to be a pro coal miner to trade energy securities, Likewise what makes SV economically relevant is only tangentially tied to the work product of technologists. For the most part my trade, as well as all those involved in the production of consumer electronics and related products, is commoditized and managed, a fungible quantity, and it's ebb and flow is as much a mystery to the human assets being exchanged as water is to fish. A fact my people fight furiously to deny, although do little to resist.
You want to ask me what's possible in VR in the next 5 year I can give you a reasonably well informed high level opinion. You want to know about the macroeconomic relationship between this country's coasts, in that case, beyond the qualification of happening to live on one of them there's not all that much I can assert positively.

I decided to keep the job I have now as part time and put the majority of my time in this new one that I start Monday. I wish I could just full on quit my old job but I think it's a smart idea to keep it around at least part time if only just for a while.
I hate the boss that I have now, total toolbag that acts like he's your buddy but is actually a total jerk. He's constantly frustrated because he can't multi-task never takes responsibility for his own constant mistakes.
My new boss is a woman, not sure if that will make things easier/harder for me.
