Sometimes she'll be like "they were giving out free food to refugees" and I'll be like "did you get some" and she is like "no, I don't need, I have you".
Pisses me off.
They also aren't all organic and lobster tails. No probiotics. No vitamins.
I live quite expensive and for free. Lets me dump money into financial accounts. -

No one believes any of the bullshit you post about but if it makes you feel better to front to random strangers on a shitpost forum then you do you I guess -

You said you don't care about the conflict but personally I sympathize with the Irish.
Yeah Ireland, the only place where the South is the most Northerly point.

Originally posted by Michael Myers Having to spend 200+ pounds (without the offers) every week would suck. So yeah, hopefully 2 weeks for that. I recently decided I should lose some weight so I will be eating a meal a day only. I started last Thursday. I ate nothing on Friday, Sunday or Sunday. I started eating again on Monday on my way to college, at college and on my way home. But I won't be starving myself like that anymore. That was just a one-time thing to get me motivated haha.
Stir-fry is the best diet food

2024-05-10 at 2:25 AM UTCThere's still little fruit, fish and variety of vegetables. Little variety in general. I'm malnourished and don't know that many recipes, am a fussy eater, so the grocery list isn't perfect yet.

2024-05-10 at 2:27 AM UTCI'm tempted to stick to my takeaway ways because I still have good skin after all those cheeseburgers, so I can trust them.

Oh man, you're giving me ideas. I've been starving myself instead. I didn't eat anything yesterday but that's mostly because I slept all day. Didn't leave my bed until 11 pm and I figured, "Hey, it's already this late, why not skip food today?" Last week, I didn't eat anything at all either on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But I told myself on Monday I wouldn't do this anymore. But I am tempted to do it again. I think I'll just have some protein drinks today or something, I still have six bottles left. 35 grams per bottle. I was going to survive on iced tea today but I guess this works, too. Anyway, enough rambling -- I'm going to add stir-fry food to my diet, thank you. I'll be going to a Chinese supermarket on Tuesday anyway so that's a good idea. -
2024-05-11 at 10:23 AM UTCI've always thought about doing this
But then I realized most food pantries don't stock ribeyes -

Yeah just all veg if you want. Starving doesn't lose weight, stir-fry is just a little oil, add garlic and/or chili for taste. But you need some fats bro, just eat less than you burn and weight will drop. Can even add lean chicken, prawn or fish and still lose weight easy. Exercise is always key to lose weight so hit the gym.
Or look into fasting, should be easy for a Muslim lad.
btw, starving puts your body into crisis mode so it aims to only burn fat as least as poss because its working on the basis that food is scarce and doesn't know how long it will need the stored fats in your body. And then when you do eat it looks to replace as much fat as poss for later use so is a real uphill struggle if losing weight is your aim.

Starving myself actually helped me get rid of the first few kgs which made me motivated but afterwards it's going down slowly and that's the most frustrating part about starving yourself to lose weight. I want to see results as quickly as possible. This is the last weekend I'm not gonna eat anything and from then on I will make sure to incorporate a feasible diet to my lifestyle because I definitely don't like not eating for an entire day. I was at a birthday party today and there was so much good food and I didn't even have any of it because of my starving myself. Appreciate the advice! -
