I recently learned about the Northern Ireland/Ireland stuff and I wasn't sure which part you were from. You said Northern Ireland here so I assumed you were British but now you say you're not a descendant of the Brits who invaded so that's interesting! A real Irish person then. Cool! You said you don't care about the conflict but personally I sympathize with the Irish. -

Originally posted by Kafka Idk because I ordered different stuff this time. Hopefully two weeks. I will have to pick up some extras. I eat two meals and one snack a day.
Having to spend 200+ pounds (without the offers) every week would suck. So yeah, hopefully 2 weeks for that. I recently decided I should lose some weight so I will be eating a meal a day only. I started last Thursday. I ate nothing on Friday, Sunday or Sunday. I started eating again on Monday on my way to college, at college and on my way home. But I won't be starving myself like that anymore. That was just a one-time thing to get me motivated haha. -

One meal a day is the quickest but you'll start fainting and may get hurt. I cheat by doing coke so I have no appetite. -

I have stuck to a diet before and got results. In 2019 I got to 52 kg from 70 kg. Not that I was really overweight back then but I just wanted to get rid of all the stomach fat (but my fat storing genes are so shitty that I still had a layer of fat below my belly button even though I was severely underweight at 52 kg). Then soon after I just went back to my regular eating habits and managed to stay around 70 kg. Then two years ago I really let myself go and got to 85.5 kg as of recent (I was 85 kg last Thursday). I'm 82 kg (rounded up from 81.8 kg) now. I thought you meant Coca Cola first but soon realized you meant the other stuff. -

That's normal, belly fat is always the last to go. -
