I imagine it would work by shooting your chest with a certain wavelength of laser impregnated with some kind of hacked radio waves that heat up your heart valves and trick it into pumping all the blood out at once causing instant cardiac arrest
it's an interesting concept. I am interested in manufacturing weapons so I will look into this avenue. Thank you for your insights, I am going to torture a lot of lab rats with high powered lasers and RF thanks to you. -
