Not sure if you are doing it or not but whenever you go to put in an application ask if a manager is there and if you can talk to them, don't just pick up and drop off an application. That may help some of you give them a sense of urgency to be hired but don't tell them you need the job because you're homeless....I know personally lots of places will not hire homeless people.

Yeah you got to be a good bullshitter, I would have no problem saying whatever to get hired. Also unless it was a place that was super good to me I never give notice I'm quitting, they don't give you 2 weeks when they get rid of you.
