doesn't really matter what software you use in that regard, just make sure you use TCP over UDP and CBR over VBR

it all has to be the same software though right? Like one guy can't be on discord, another on skype etc etc. I checked teamspeak it runs off the computer but needs a server to connect to. I asked the shadow bank if I could put a teamspeak on there and they said it's cool
I don't know hardly anything about audio but I do listen to one podcast with the guy that basically invented podcasting or helped popularize it and he is a huge audio nerd and says lots of them fuck up audio PRODUCTION sound so I would like to at least get that part right

noise gates, the box with the sound effects so It can make morning zoo play sound instead of having to click somthing, the name escapes me audio controller, etc I think I know where to get a "podcast in a box" type thing like that , I'll put it here if I find it -

yeah the people talking need to use the same application; they aren't directly compatible with one another
TCP vs UDP - most audio/video conference software uses UDP by default because latency is better; basically it just keeps sending and receiving data without checking to make sure it's being transferred correctly. TCP verifies everything so it's slower to respond but you'll get higher quality audio, especially if you're on a network where packet loss is a problem.
CBR vs VBR - VBR dynamically reduces or increases the bitrate (the amount of data transferred per second), reduces the amount of bandwidth required but typically reduces sound quality as well -

It's basically the best thing for this type of endeavor and we can get a bunch of people in it at once
Clubhouse is da answer although I'm not sure how the recording of it works its basically the best, easiest and highest quality way to get everyone on the same page in the same discussion

Can be accessed by anyone across any device. Can be recorded and uploaded, allows viewers etc etc etc
Anything else is just needlessly autistic and makes it more difficult to access and hence more meaningless.
I made a clubhouse room to test n it twerks. This thread was made 19 years ago it shouldn't be this hard to get everyone on it
Idc who's the host, they should just set up a time and room name the same way everyone used to tinychat and get it rolling.
It's not that complicated and dragging it out and not doing it is fake and gay.
Just set it up for Thursday at 7pm est and it'll happen. I think that's like 6am for aldra so that sucks Maybe another time
Tl dr: clubhouse is objectively the best way to do this, just find a time and name for the room and get it started -
