I was feeling much improved on all levels after sunbathing (assuming i didnt overdo it) long before I discovered the scientific knowledge/research that supported what i felt. In fact, my anecdotal experiences were the catalyst for my attainment of the pertinent information. Try again, youngster. 👍🌷 -

that was due to exposure to half naked little boys in their swimming attire. -

I say go ahead and live on the edge and get that EZ tan membership.
I agree with your point. However, i just can't bring myself to do it. Obviously, it's not that I don't do other things that are harmful to myself. I just don't want to fucking get in one of those machines. I dont trust the bastards that make them. and I'm frightened that they might close on me and not reopen, and I'll get trapped in there, lol. Claustrophobic much? 🙂😚 -

https://www.mayoclinic.org › in-depth › art-20048298
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that typically occurs each year during fall and winter. Use of a light box can offer relief.
What does a SAD light do for you?
The light produced by the light box simulates the sunlight that's missing during the darker winter months. It's thought the light may improve SAD by encouraging your brain to reduce the production of melatonin (a hormone that makes you sleepy) and increase the production of serotonin (a hormone that affects your mood).

2022-12-14 at 3:12 AM UTCI have one of those but I've used it like twice in 8 years. It feels silly like I just sit in front of a bar of light and am supposed to happy
