Today we went and looked at 4 houses.
Our budget is $200k.
The first house looked good in the pictures but shotty as fuck in person and we quickly moved on.
Second house was amazing and had everything we wanted but was $20k over budget.
The pool was awesome but in reality that just drives up maintenance and insurance costs.
We really liked house #2 but it hasn't been on the market very long so trying to offer $20k less probably wasn't going to go anywhere.
We checked out house #3 but it was wired for niggers. It was clear something fucky had gone down there and it gave off a strange vibe.
4th house was sort of by chance. We happened to pass an open house sign on the way to the Fried Chicken store.
It would work but minimally.
Anyways, we are going to keep looking.
