    I appreciate your help but Dayton is very VERY segregated still and you basically suggested that I move into niggerville.

    West Dayton is not good at all.
    East Dayton is it's own type of suckage but it's still got stores and jobs.
    Fuck Dayton though as Im trying to get to the outskirts of town or even halfway to the country where shit ain't so bad.

    Didn't get any of them as we were not fast enough.

    Today though we went and looked at this one.

    Depending on the amount of equity vs loan balance, length of loan, and interest rate that is not necessarily a bad thing if other favorable concessions are negotiated.

    Yes and no, only on the 1st divorce (that being the 2nd house I "gave away")...the first house I "lost" was the nurse I lived with back in England as "common law wife/husband"...wife V0.5 if you like. Wasn't a loss as such though, I signed it over to her when I came to the US, it was kind of my fault for poking an American while still with her...so it was more of a guilty gift to her.
