    You can make it hot as fuck if you want...you just adjust the spices accordingly.

    To enjoy good food though it's not required that you sweat..that's usually for people under 5'8" or really small peneye, It's there way of showing the world how tough they are.

    A normal well balanced person enjoys a taste well balanced meal.

    btw, the marinade for the chicken tikka was made with authentic INDIAN yogurt from the INDIAN grocery store...not your typical plain yogurt from Aldi.

    I paid $5 for that tub of INDIAN yogurt.
