You can make it hot as fuck if you want...you just adjust the spices accordingly.
To enjoy good food though it's not required that you sweat..that's usually for people under 5'8" or really small peneye, It's there way of showing the world how tough they are.
A normal well balanced person enjoys a taste well balanced meal. -

I paid $5 for that tub of INDIAN yogurt. -
