yup..so juicy and spicy.
I intended to make butter chicken sauce to put it in but I forgot to buy the crushed tomatoes...so maybe next weekend I'll do that, make the butter chicken sauce, shove in the chicken tikka chunks, serve on a bed of basmati rice and call myself Chapati -

No crumbs
28 oz chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger (or finely grated)
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix everything together then throw in the cubed chicken and stick in your fridge for min 3hrs ..
Then cook in the airfryer on 370 for 16 mins. -

sounds good, I'd probably toss some basil or oregano or cilantro in there for the fuck of it, and maybe a little cayenne. I could see some mustard powder working in there too, I love using that stuff -

For the minced garlic and ginger you can just buy garlic and ginger paste from the indo/paki store..I got a big jar of it for like $4.
I also doubled the ingredients up because i used about 3lbs of chicken tits...you mix it together, throw in the cut up chicken cubes...mix it again...leave it in your fridge for 3hrs...24hrs recommended... pull out the cubes and put in your air fryer leaving a gap between each cube (you might need to do more than one batch if you make a lot, I did 3 batches)
370F 16-17 mins. I then froze most of mine after eating some to use in Curries later...just defrost warm them up in the oven I guess when that time comes about 350f for 15-20mins...I wouldn't warm them up in the air fryer as that might be too harsh? -

Yeah some experimentation perhaps...the recipe I read said 400F for 8 mins...8 mins didn't seem long enough to cook the chicken all the way through so I lowered it to 370 for 16 mins and they turned out as pictured. (actually first batch I did for 15 mins but the coating wasn't "burnt" enough) -

yeah I've dealt with many air fryer chicken recipes where the shit was still like raw at the end of their "suggested" time. I generally set chicken at 400/20 mins and just keep an eye on it -
