We had a personal experience that Ukraine runs some cloud company that double charges for software taking the other half. it's supposed to be an official company cloud server and has been running scams now for some time.

Russia is only 8 percent of our oil and our gas prices have gone up 50% not 8%

This guy makes the Russians sound like paranoid freaks motivated by demographic collapse, trying to use war as a substitute for having babies, but probably he's right.
Certainly the world view where the Russians are rational and logical actors in pursuit of peace has been completely discredited.
